Terms of Service

By using VineUpdates you agree to these terms. If you use VineUpdates on behalf of a ministry or organization, you agree for them too.
The service
VineUpdates is software for creating stories and sending them to your supporters by Story Page, email, text and messaging apps. During the beta, features may change, and the service is provided as is.
Your content
You own what you create. You give us permission to store, process (including with AI) and deliver it only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having permission to share the people, photos and stories you publish, and for protecting those who could be at risk. Use the safety check and SafeStory tools, but final review is yours.
Your supporters
Only add people who agreed to hear from you. Don't import purchased lists. We keep unsubscribes and bounces blocked, and may pause sending if complaints are high.
Giving
VineUpdates does not collect, hold or process donations. Giving links send supporters to your own giving page, and that provider's terms apply. Plans for VineUpdates are software subscriptions, not donations.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, hateful, deceptive or spam content, no harassment, and no attempts to break the service or reach other people's private stories.
Plans and beta
Beta participants get Missionary Plus at no cost for the beta period. We'll tell you before any paid plan starts; nothing is charged without your agreement. See Pricing.
Ending
You can download your data and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, VineUpdates isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
