Features
Capture Story Seeds. Grow Your Story. Share with supporters.
VineUpdates is built end-to-end around one workflow: one story becomes a Story Page and every channel teaser — automatically.
Pillar 1
Capture Story Seeds
Don’t worry about making it polished. Save something while it is fresh—a short video, voice note, photo, prayer, challenge, encounter, or quick thought.
Short video
Save a private field reflection from your phone as an unfinished Story Seed.
Voice memo
Record in-browser or upload. AI transcribes and writes everything else.
Photos
Drop in 1–10 photos. EXIF is stripped automatically for safety.
Typed
Still the fastest path when you only have five minutes.
Pillar 2
Grow Your Story
AI finds truthful themes across the month—or only in the Story Seeds you select—then helps shape a Story / Update in your voice.
Story Page copy
Long-form story, prayer requests, and praises — drafted from your video transcript and photos.
Channel teasers
Email subject + body, 160-char SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, and prayer versions — all generated in one pass.
Translation (Missionary+)
Original language + an English donor version, so supporters everywhere get the story.
SafeStory pass
Strips identifying names, places, and details for restricted-region variants.
Pillar 3
Publish
Your Story Page is the single source of truth. Beautiful, fast, and shareable — with a Give button that links to your own giving page.
Story Page
Video player, transcript, photo gallery, prayer + praise sections. Public URL like vineupdates.com/u/your-slug.
Bring your own giving URL
VineUpdates doesn't process donations. Link to your agency, ministry, or platform giving page.
Secure SafeStory URL
Publish a private /s/{token} version with no-index, optional password, and expiring links.
Subscribe capture
Visitors can sign up directly from your Story Page to receive future updates.
Pillar 4
Distribute
Every channel becomes a short teaser that drives traffic back to your Story Page. One story, everywhere.
Email broadcasts
Send to your subscriber list with embedded poster and Story Page link.
SMS (Missionary Plus)
Dedicated number, broadcasts, scheduling, replies routed back to you.
WhatsApp / Telegram / Signal
Messaging Distribution Center: AI-written updates per channel, Copy on Free, Share and secure links from Missionary, translation and SafeStory-aware versions on Missionary Plus. You send from your own phone.
Analytics
Story Page views, channel click-through, opens, give-button clicks.
